This was a second trip to NOLA for a girls weekend and a must for breakfast at Cafe Fleur De Lis. The food, service, and atmosphere was just as amazing as the first time. You definitely will not be disappointed. I need a quick one day trip just to have breakfast. The eggs Benedict are to die for whichever route... More

Little hole in the wall in NOLA, but holy cow, great breakfast. I had the breakfast chimichanga. Consist of a breakfast burrito filled with eggs, sausage, veggies, and cheese, deep fried, and covered with white, milk gravy! Absolutely awesome! Will go back - maybe tomm.

We come here every time we are in New Orleans for the breakfast. The omelets are very good and our friends said it was the best eggs Benedict they have had. My wife had the hamburger, but it was too spicy. They must have added something to the meat. Overall, we highly recommend.

The cups of coffee are huge and delicious. They do Eggs Benedict right. I liked the eggs florentine. I had the eggs with avocado on toast and tomatoes the next day. My husband enjoyed the Big Easy breakfast. Cheerful greeting by the friendly hostess Monique. Our server, Lauren M was excellent. We returned the next day and the breakfast and... More

I was excited of coming here, reviews are really good, but the truth they are not fair enough. Their staff is friendly. Service is great. My waitress Ashley G was very knowledgable and she made me take the right choices. It was a hard decision choosing breakfast. She recommended her favorite between my 2 final choices.... Seafood Benedict, and cheese... More

Heading to Johnny's for a Po-boy, but this was close and we were tired. Split a Muffaletta. Not as much meat as on others I've had, and (weird and new to me) HOT peppers in the olive salad. We had to remove them and order milk. But, amazingly, it was a good, tasty sandwich. Bread was delicious, and my sister... More

Made our second trip to NOLA this past weekend and made a point to get back to Cafe Fleur De Lis since we loved it so much our last trip! We got there early for breakfast (8am) and had no trouble getting a table but the line was starting to form outside as we were leaving! Tons of great options... More

We had two breakfasts here during our stay. Service was very good and food was excellent. Large cups of coffee. We tried boudin omelet, shrimp and grits, creole breakfast, and oyster Benedict. Shout out to Joe and Elena for their friendliness and helpfulness.

We were in the French Market area and decided to have breakfast here. They have Seafood Benedict which was awesome. We also tried grits which was excellent. The server was cheerful and latte was great. What more do you want to start your day?

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
