Angelo Brocato's is just the right place to finish up an evening in New Orleans. Their fresh, home made ice cream and ices are wonderful. Then you can't go wrong with the other desserts.

Their pastries are to die for. I love the almond crescents and the cannolis are delicious. Their coffee is also excellent. I have tasted several flavors of gelato and they're yummy too.
Angelo Brocato ice cream is a New Orleans institution. From its earliest days in the old French quarter to today add it's Carrollton Avenue location the traditions continue. It should be a must stop for anyone spending time in the Crescent city.
Can't beat the charm of this tiled, mid-city establishment. Service enthusiastic, ices and pastries delicious and never ordinary. If the line's long, don't worry. It moves quickly and during your wait you'll enjoy the people watching.
