Food was good . We went twice because my boyfriend loved it. I had the ribs and they were gorgeous and 2nd night I had steak. It was very good but definitely overpriced and we felt the server was always trying to upsell to us , asking us if we wanted sauce and then bringing one each when we could have shared the portion and got charged €5 for 2 of the same sauces we barely touched.

We came first because we were looking to eat a steak, we reserved 2 seats at the bar and ordered the Argentinian tenderloin and the entrecote both 350g, we did not know what to expect and it was sooooo good the steaks were perfect. we then ordered the chocolate cake which was also great. The staff was great and friendly and obviously enjoying welcoming the guests, in fact, we enjoyed it so much that the next day we made a reservation for our last evening to get to enjoy more of this delicious food. in the second time we ordered the burger and the tomahawk, both were super good, perfectly made, we finished with the same cake which was as good as we remembered from 2 days before. Next time in Mayrhofen we are sure to come back for more!!!

Went there for dinner with the family after being fed up with our full pension hotel food.
The staff were friendly, and the food amazing
We took starters and main dishes and all were very tasty.
For the starters we ordered the mixed meat plate, was good. The tapas plate, was very delicious. And the nachos plate, which was so sticky that we weren’t able to separate the nachos, however it was tasty.
For main dishes we ordered the waigu burger, yummy. The bbq spareribs, the meat just fell off the bones and was thick with bbq sauce, they could have put a little less sauce, However it was eaten to the bones and nothing was left.
All in all, we had great time there

Six of us came for a family meal after a days skiing. The food was great, big portions, quality meats and well cooked. Decent wine list and whilst not cheap good value for the quality.
However, the service was just weird and uncomfortable. Our waiter was a little overbearing and kept asking weird questions; who was paying, did we know how much the bill would be, had we been out for drinks earlier etc.....then when the bill came it had €60 of items on it we hadn't had or ordered. Yes it was rectified and it could have been an honest mistake however the suspicious nature of the waiter made us all suspect otherwise.
It's also worth noting that the toilets are shared with the strip club downstairs. No issue for us but I imagine it could be a bit awkward for some.

We decided to share a lot of the dishes which was a great idea because the food was excellent, recommend the steak with lots of side dishes. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and the service impeccable. It is very much worth booking in advance because we tried to book in another time and they were not able to accommodate us

Very welcoming and polite staff who took very good care of us on both occasions when we visited. The food is excellent, by far the best meal we had in the village, we shared various tapas followed by steaks and burgers. All cooked to our individual preference.
Highly recommended but do book in advance.

Fab and funky spot .
Great service .
Late and varied menu . I wouldn’t exactly call all the meals Spanish but still a good mix .
We had gluwein to start and then the onion soup, veggie burger with chips and chicken breast with salad . All well presented, prepared , cooked and tasty .

Decent steak place. Very busy and a good buzz about the restaurant. The food was decent and the service was attentive. ?Could have had a few more tapas options to make it fell more Spanish, and wine list only had a small number of choices below 35 euro. Nicely decorated. Decent enough option when visiting Mayrhofen.

Been here twice and really enjoyed the food, the friendly service and the chefcook is amazing.
Starters are tasteful, main course dillicious prepared meat, and really recommend the Crema Catalan.

Good food but very rude attitude.
Table is saved for 1.5 hours (they don’t tell you this). they were late by 10 minutes to give us a table and it took the meat 45 minutes to arrive.
When we asked for desert they told us we need to clear the table as it is booked and was very rude. They basically kicked us out!

Surprised this has such a good rating considering the quality of food in Mayrhofen. This was the worst food we ate in a week by a mile! Bland prawn starter and the Argentinian fillet was extremely grizzly. (More like Lidl supermarket Quality). Would not recommend- there are beautiful places to eat on the Main Street. Staff were great though

Hello, TripAdvisor is a portal to Komment right things!!!!!!!!! We sell everyday prawns and our filet steak (tenderloin) is the best high quality meet you can get in Zillertal ! We are famous for that , it comes not onetime one prawns or one meet back! And to say that is quality of Lidl ......! Is not right ! But everybody become him lies back! But anyway hope see you soon and try again our food maybe you have a bad day o bad table ;)!

Very positive atmosphere, professional service , really well prepared food and fresh. I liked also way how the crew was talking with us -friendly, positive way. Appreciated a lot by ski beginner stressed after survival time in the mountains 🤣 definitely we will go back there.

Went here hoping for a good tapas menu, but there are only a couple of options in reality. Rest of menu is steaks and burgers. Probably not a good choice if you are hoping for tapas. The burgers we ordered were fine - nothing special. Suggest you stick to Austrian or Italian restaurants when in Mayrhofen.
And it shares a bathroom with the club next door which is a bit off-putting

Hello, thank you for your comment! We have more than 13. tapas in our menu!!! Our restaurant calls Steaks and Tapas ...;) so you have more than enough options too choice something! If you need more than this you can visit our tapas restaurant in the mainstreet LA TABERNA DEL TORO! There you will find all what you need about Spanish food! Next time if you choose a restaurant please check out the menu before!

Perfect restaurant for great food and atmosphere. Essential to book!! We were lucky to land a table at the bar on our first night but so many others were turned away because of how busy and booked up they were!
Food is brilliant. Nachos and tapas was really tasty. But the steak we had on our second visit was brilliant. Well worth the €75.
Staff are great. Incredibly hard working and very friendly! Especially the lovely waitress who was run off her feet!!
Could not recommend this restaurant more. A little on the pricey side for Mayrhofen but worth the money. Just make sure you book in advance!!!

Amazing food and very friendly stuff. I am from Spain and went here because I was missing traditional food. I was not disappointed! I would especially recommend the croquetas, pulpo a la brasa and the bravas! The staff was so nice, they even played guitar songs for us! 100% would recommend!
