Small unassuming place with outdoor seating for our dog. Our waitress was, sweet, on top of everything and a good heart. I ordered big! (doggie gets half!) 16oz Porterhouse, and the baby backs (triple threat sauce) The wife had the Cobb salad. INCREDIBLE! The portions would have fed 6 people (NOT KIDDING) The steak was perfect, excellent barbecue on wood. cut... More

My husband and I ate here after traveling from the Phoenix area. We arrived about 45 minutes after they opened at 4:00, it's a good thing because they were full shortly after 5. The service is really good, the food tasty and fresh. The desserts looked good but we were full from the dinner. I had the Triple Threat ribs... More

We had the best meal of our trip at The Rib Company. We started with the jalapeno appetizer. These were amazingly good...not too hot...just vegetable-fresh-crisp with cheese and bacon filling. My husband had the half-rack of babyback ribs with whiskey sauce and I had a burger. Both meals were excellent and filling! They have a great beer selection, too. Jennifer... More

I'm from Texas, so always a little skeptical about BBQ in other places, but the Rib Co. was not a disappointment. You walk in right past the pit, so you can smell your dinner before you even sit down. It's not fancy by any means, but the service was great and the ribs were fantastic.

We stayed in 29 Palms because it was near the side of Joshua Tree National Park where we ended up after a day of hiking BUT we would totally come to 29 Palms again to eat at the Rib Company! It was fantastic! I have eaten ribs in Memphis and throughout the South and this was as good or better... More

It's a small place so you might have to wait for a table but it was worth it. The ribs were fall-off-the bone tender.

I like my ribs wet, these were very dry. We each had a different choice, Triple Threat, and Baby Backs. The Triple Threat were more wet, but they cook the ribs with everything already on it and don't offer sauce on the side. The ribs themselves were falling off the bones, but like I said, dry. Plenty of sides to... More

Once in a while you find a gem. The ribs here are amazing. The full rack was the largest rack of ribs I've ever seen. The dry rub was delicious - a little spicy - very flavorful. The meat was cooked to perfection - a little tug to come off the bone, all the fat rendered - just delicious. We... More

Best rib joint you'll find in 29 palms or Palm Springs. Small restaurant does take away too. Baby backs are brilliant, only need a half order unless you're a beast. Hit it up!

They are known for their baby back pork ribs. Our sampler had 4 samples of those and only one of the beef ribs. The beef ribs were so so, but the baby back ribs were great. If you like spicy go for the ones with the dry rub plus 2 sauces. A great combination of flavors. This place is all... More
