we never got to eat here the last time we were in town but a local told us it was very good. This trip we made a point of going there and he was correct! it is a local cafe with all different kinds of food. Order at the counter and then sit down. Very casual but everything was delicious!

Not worth going out of your way for - but this is a great little spot to get lunch either coming or going from the airport. We had the Korean Chicken plate lunch which was solid. Worth a stop if your'e in the area.

Ok breakfast on the way from Kona airport at 6 in the morning. Nothing special, but was cheap and tasty.

Based on the recommendation of a local, we stopped here for lunch on the way to our flight home. It is very close to the Kona airport. The menu is pretty diverse with lots of options. Service was friendly. But the food (which is the most important part of a restaurant experience) was just OK--not too spectacular.

Reviewed this place as so-so several years ago. Was not overly impressed then as other reviewers and less impressed now. True, they serve a lot of locals, are close to the airport. But I wonder if it's popularity is because there isn't any other place around. Order at the counter, grab a table and wait to pick up your order.... More

Nice little local spot with a menu that has something for everyone... Ono fish and chips were really good. Nice spot for a bite after a day at the beach or an easy lunch.

Quick stop, lots of locals. I had the avocado BLT with fries and mac salad. Wish I would have had the green salad. Nice fast service.

Food was good. OMG ordered the banana pancake and it was the size of the plate and it included bacon or ham. I do not eat fried rice, saw many people ordering. So, I was a copy cat. All these years, I would turn my nose up to fried rice. Heck, no more - I will be eating fried rice.

Found this local place on way to airport. Very local. Order at counter and they call you when ready. Sandwiches, sushi, baskets for lunch. Very good prices for Kona. Food was good and tasty. Clean . Restrooms in shopping center.
