Nothing fancy here in this family-owned and operated restaurant, just good food at fair prices. Many locals frequent this restaurant. We had a craving for saimin, and it fit the bill!

Enjoyed our meal, food and service were very good. We were told to try the Hawaiian Mud Pie, but had eaten too much, will have to save it for our next trip.

Just happened by this restaurant, and it was a nice surprise. The food was very good and you could tell the locals ate there. The service was great and the price was moderate. They will change from the menu and give you what you want....More

My family and I had breakfast here before heading to the airport. Food was very good. Definitely try the BIG saimin. A small size was very plenty satisfying. Pancakes and waffles were also very good. Service was a little slow, but they were packed. All...More

If you want to sample some great local food, this is the spot. The Loco Moco: generous scoops of rice, something like fried shrimp, hamburger patty, chicken katsu, egg (which I got fried) and gravy was delicious! I am so happy this dish as it...More

We had a pleasant dinner here after a long day exploring this part of Hawaii. I thought the wait was going to be long, the line stretching all the way to the outside of the building, even at 7:30pm. But it moved right along. Once...More

Yes! Parties of 6 or more have a 17% gratuity added. But you can always ask or ask to see your itemized bill. We did.

Very reasonable prices and huge portions. The kids menu is also really fairly priced with big servings.
