Food well prepared can be expected and was served. The service was not interested in the guests. The choices were quickly mentioned but not explained. The sommelier pressed his only suggestion on us. The hardware was good but the soft skills were missing.
This very nice 1 Michelin star restaurant completely deserve its rating. Actually not far away from a 2 star one. Very nice "belle époque" atmosphere, very nice staff, very precise roasting, very nice wine list. A "must" in the area!
