Unusual flavors with an emphasis on seasonal and regional flavors. It’s a very interesting place, but the flavors for this relatively expensive ice cream didn’t work for me. Neither did the hot fudge sauce.

The reviews said it was too pricey. Being frugal I felt it was truly fair. Great ice cream and nice service from those behind the counter. Would def recommend. One scoop is a gracious plenty size
People come from all over and stand outside to put their orders in . All the stores seem to be busy especially for dessert !
While not my favorite Seattle ice cream spot, this is a decent ice cream. There is limited seating, so it gets crowded when it is not great weather outside.

Wonderful flavors! Even though it was 50s and rainy, it was still time for ice cream. They let you try everything and they had some wonderful treats. I had earl grey ice cream with hot fudge and whipped cream.
