Lovely view of Piget Sound, excellent staff and oh yes really good food! We were there to celebrate a birthday. The staff were very accommodating and took good care of the birthday person. It's a little expensive, but worth the splurge. Scallops perfectly prepared, salmon was awesome. This is in the dining room, not the lounge.

I wanted to take my mom for some good seafood. I remember eating at Ray's previously and immediately thought to bring her here. What I didn't realize was that this location had 2 restaurants (Ray's -main floor, Ray's Cafe - upstairs) Ray's had a smaller, pricier menu. Both restaurants have a good view if you're sitting by the window. It... More

Ray's Boathouse lives up to its reputation. The The decr, the view, the service and the food combine to make this a truly unique and enjoyable dining experience. The prices are a value when you consider all that you are getting for your dollar.

For you tourists visiting our lovely city, this is far from downtown, but worth the drive. Rays is unpretentious, and there is a cafe (casual) and a refined side, depending on your budget and taste. The cafe is still wonderful, and unless you need the entire white linen cloths, its virtually the same. Food and menu is creative and of... More

Grabbed brunch last Saturday - enjoyed the fresh halibut, crab cakes, Bailey's & coffee, and just enjoyed the beautiful view of the Sound. Waitstaff were friendly but nothing stellar, and while I did enjoy the crab cakes I ordered, it was served with an odd mixture of extras on the plate - jasmine rice, potatoes, a very bitter roasted red... My husband and I took his brother here for dinner. We had a table by the window overlooking the water. Fantastic view on the ocean with boats passing by and a fabulous sunset. Dinner was wonderful. I had grilled halibut...done perfectly, fresh and mild. My husband had seared scallops and loved it. My brother-in-law had prawns. Everyone enjoyed their meals.... More

Great view of the water and the boats passing by. We had the corner table right on the water. Service was attentive. Wine list is comprehensive. Our appetizers (calamari, clams, chowder) were really good. The entrees were good, but not great. I had the rockfish which was served with rice and cauliflower and a yummy saffron aioli. My husband ordered... More
