We had sandwiches, soups and Mac&cheese. It did not disappoint. No place to sit made enjoying it a little harder but the food was on target.

I had high expectations for this place upon reading the rave reviews that it has on Trip Advisor but ended up disappointed. We got their mac and cheese and a grilled sandwich and both were very underwhelming and over priced. Would not go back.

Kids liked seeing the process of the vat of milk turned into cheese. Kids didn't really like the mac and cheese because it was a little spicy. But no one tells you that. I thought it was going to be a little creamier it was...More

We loved the cheese (the flagship reserve was the BEST)... BUT the mac and cheese was to DIE FOR! FIVE STARS!

My friend and I were so excited to try the mac and cheese here, but we were both a little disappointed. She tried the spicy (which she reported as “Cajun flavored”) and I had the regular flavor. We both felt that the mac and cheese...More

We stumbled across this place and notice everyone was ordering the Mac and cheese, and we now know! It’s the best I have ever had!!! I asked why is it so famous and Oprah also rates it!

I visited the shop on my last day in Seattle, and it was near closing time. Wasn't sure what cheese to take, when the person behind the counter (Cameron if I remember correctly) offered to help and started explaining the differences of each cheese I...More

I wanted to love this place. My hubby and I shared the grilled cheese and the mac and cheese. Both were good, neither were amazing. For a place that specializes in making cheese, I would expect more flavor. Watching the cheese making process was for...More

The curds have a unique flavor. I didn’t care much for them cold but baked into something they are amazing. We tried the ham and cheese sandwich and it was really good. The bread goes great with the flavor and was very filling. I would...More

Sorry, it is a very small place and they don't have specific gluten free options. However, you can have just the cheese and do things yourself with it, which is a good option.

Opposite the main market on the same side of the street as Starbucks original shop. There is a big cheese making container in the window. Enjoy!
