Greek food in alaska turned out to be worth it. The owner has his literal own music playing and he sings along with it from time to time. The food was damn good, losono? Is what I chose and the dessert itself is a treat all its own.

A friend told me about Antionio's a few months ago. Not sure why I waited so long to try it. The gyro lunch plate was perfect. The bread was so fresh. I'm definitely adding it to my short list of lunch stops. If you find yourself in mid town west side give the bakery a try. You might have a... More

Great find in an Anchorage strip mall! Antonio serves up tasty Greek food--and plenty of it. We had the appetizer platter and a spanikopita dinner, which was more than enough for three. The galaktoboureko dessert was the perfect finish to the meal. Service was excellent (though we were the only ones there). Highly recommend!

This was a first time visit. A couple of friends suggested it so we met up there. I arrived early and ordered the Mezes Platter (appetizers) while I waited. WOW! The platter was laden with 6 different items. Not only was it beautiful to look at, every bit of it was so good! We all enjoyed trying the various Greek... More

Moussaka with a small greek salad, bread, and a dessert for very reasonable cost. The owner is very welcoming and the food shows he takes pride in his cooking. Service was very good.

So after reading all the rave reviews I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I ordered the gyro which came with roasted potatoes and a mini greek salad, spanacopita and baklava. The order was here in less than 15 minutes, even being around the corner I didnt expect it that fast. The delivery driver was courteous... More

This is the best Greek restaurant in Anchorage. The owner is nice and friendly and prepares delicious meals, fresh bread, Greek pastries, and cookies. I recommend the mousakka (layers of eggplant and beef, a Greek version of Lasagna), zatziki (yogurt sauce), and the lemon chicken. For pastries, galatobueko (greek milk pita; layers of filo pastry filled with a delicious milk... More

The owner/chef makes you feel right at home when you walk in the door. There are only 4 tables, so it is very cozy. The food is very tasty and the service excellent. There are lots of return customers here, myself included. You may want to consider taking a variety of Greek pastries to go.

I must confess the first impression of the place is somewhat strange: a kinda hole in the wall tiny cafe, one table to sit down and eat your cakes. BUT the atmosphere miraculously changes when the owner comes out and starts talking to you. He will explain everything about the Greek desserts and what flavors he has today, what it... More

First time here. Very quaint place. Antonio was not only the chef but our server as well. Had the moussaka. Obviously premade which was fine, but not reheated through. Food was good otherwise. Would definitely come back.
