Another best of Omaha Burger site! Fun to go to South Omaha and check out the grocery stores with a Mexican flare. They have a nice outdoor eating area too.

If you enjoy local diners for great diner food and good prices - this is your place! We have eaten here several times for breakfast/lunch and always outstanding. Great food - especially breakfast Good prices Not too far from the highway, the zoo or downtown! Friendly, quick service Amazing bacon bloody mary's! The owner is almost always here and stops... This little, unassuming place in South Omaha has great burgers (and what a variety). The portions are huge, and everything is served with a down home touch. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. Be prepared to be stuffed when you finally waddle out the door.

Have had many breakfast and lunch meals here. They have all been good. They serve some of the best hamburgers, plus a few Mexican dishes. They get very busy at times and they have limited space. They do have a small party space. The decor is older but the service is good.

We've gone here for 30 plus years and Louie always puts out good food with good and friendly service. The burger list is deep. I've eaten every type and they are all tasty. The fries and rings are great. A side plate of lettuce onions and tomatoes (in season - no plastic mayors here) come with every burger. Breakfasts are... More

I've always have eaten breakfast when I go here and it is always great and would rate it a 5 out of five. Today I decided to try a burger, because burger is in the name. Let's start out with the fact that I love burgers, and I go out of my way to find great burgers. With that said,... More

For having Burger in their name, the burger I had was not that great. It tasted watery like they use frozen meat. Come on, Nebraska is known for beef. The chili was good. It tasted somewhere between canned and home made. I did not try the breakfast menu but the table next to ours did and it looked good.

I saw this place on TripAdvisor, and I figured it would be nice to try something different that was so close to the zoo. It was really easy to find, and there was plenty of parking to the side of the building since we were there so early (4:15 pm) The staff was amazing, they walked around making sure that... More

This is just a good old fashioned diner with what I believe are the best burgers in town. Louis (the owner) will stop by and chat if you like and his knowledge of politics, local and national is expansive, be prepared.
