Been there for business trip twice this week. Nice atmosphere, nice cervice and a Trippa alla Milanese that rock. Thumbs up.

On our way to Genoa we got off the highway in Binasco to find a place for lunch where we stumbled on Hosteria Pignatta. After a couple of years I had a dinner at the Hostaria della Pignatta with my girlfriend and, despite not being a regular, the owner recognized me almost immediately and remembered my name too. Pretty much of what can be said is in the title... The place is a typical small town "osteria" (or "trattoria"), with a bit more of attention to the location. The owner is from Puglia, the cook from Sicily and both have been widely contaminated with Lombardy taste, so if you want to appreciate a mix of italian food cultures... More
