I read a review of the restaurant and was looking for a special night out. The restaurant itself is very small and simple which adds to its charm. Just a few tables and very, very personal service. The chef came out to talk to us a few times and offer us extra goodies. The food was excellent - definitely not... More

The Table at Season to Taste is a small restaurant directly on Mass Ave in Cambridge with only a handful of small tables, but a whole wealth of creativity and innovation! Reservations are definitely needed, and even on a Wednesday evening, this busy little restaurant was a hive of activity with no spare seats of tables. I was surprised at... More

The format of this restaurant is prix fixe but with a choice of two dishes for each course, which should eliminate any diner anxiety about food aversions! The staff is genuinely enthusiastic, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. The restaurant is intimate and chefs walk out of the open kitchen to deliver the small plates they prepare. The... More

I have been to all the fine dining in Boston and this tops them all. It's the little things that differentiate good from great. Always warm plates/bowls, sliver change between courses. Even the sour dough bread was really good. Service is attentive but not smothering. Thank you, Carrie. A complementary sorbet to clean the palate. Wine was expensive, But I... More

We all loved this prix-fixé meal at The Table. We were graciously welcomed by everyone, a great start to a great evening. Each course was visually lovely with great, distinctive flavors, and accompanied by a couple of amuses-bouche which were lovely surprises. The wine list offered interesting choices by the glass and bottle. The restaurant is small and cozy; make... More

It's a hip place, very small and cozy, welcoming and warm. The chefs and staff were all lovely. I love the idea of so many little dishes given around your 4 course menu.. from the amuse to the take home granola bars. In all, there were 10 "courses" that were served. Some tiny, some your regular 4 courses from the... More

I can only repeat the words of other reviewers, this was a sensational meal, truly a feast of all the senses. The small restaurant packs a lot of ambiance, and each dish is beautifully plated. Even though it was a cold rainy winter night, we were warmed by the genuine friendliness and lack of snobbishness which could be expected from... More

The Table.. My favorite tasting menu from 2016! Now entering into 2017 this again has proven to exceed all of my foodie expectations! I cannot say enough about this amazingly talented team of hard working experts of the culinary craft. I can only continue to admire Carl Dooley and his phenomenal team while dreaming of the next visit and next... More

If you enjoy cooking you must seat at the balcony where you can see the chef preparing your meals! It's amazing. The menu changes every month. Good choice of wines and craft beers. It a small and very cozy place, so you must book in advance!

My experience here was genuinely delightful. My husband and I ordered such that we shared everything on the menu (there are two options per course, so this is a common approach), and we opted for the wine pairings with each course. It was a great way to sample the entire menu and try a variety of wines. Aside from being... More
