My family has been going here for years and their food is as good as always. Corned beef hash is my absolute favorite and I love their potatoes. Regulars probably make up more than half of their business and everyone around town goes here. Best diner around I wish I could eat here every day!

The Owl diner is the best place for breakfast, there home fries are seasoned perfectly, omelets are made well named after the streets in Lowell. Great family place and very comfortable. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly. Enjoy! Azores57

The Owl is fun and the food is wonderful. I love the pancakes. It's a very popular spot for young and old.

Just a great local diner. Food is always good, and portions are large for what they charge. Wonderful staff - always cheery. Haven't ever had a bad meal there.

Great breakfasts and everyone is "dear" or "sweetie." Comfort food in a comfortable old diner. You'll meet high school and college students, neighbors from near and far, and politicians on all sides here. Omelets are great, all named after local streets. Homemade beans are good too, and anything with their own ham is fabulous. Breakfast is the speciality but the... More

The Owl Diner has been, for a long time, one of the best breakfast diners in the area. Regardless of how you like your eggs, be sure to at least try it with slice of their Ham. Premo!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I love coming here since it's around $8.50 a person, great people watching, awesome low key food for breakfast with strong coffee. On the walls are old photos of family and fantastic local companies run their ads on the tables and coffee mugs. It has a wonderful atmosphere. Throw on your... More

We found this spot through Google and the breakfast was good. I had a ham and cheese omelet and home fries, my husband had scrambled eggs with home fries and bacon. The eggs were good, the omelet was very over salted. The home fries were good, but only warm, not hot. The coffee refills are not very frequent. We had... More

Tried eating here a few times, food okay. Not a lot of flavor. Even a simple sandwich taste a Blan. The food could also be considered questionable. But i have friends that love it and always want to go here. Hence why 2 rather then 1.
