I truly love the taste of their espresso. I have recently gone dairy free and have had to change my drink. I use to get the brown betty. But now I get an espresso shot bc I do not like the taste of their almond milk. I have expressed my opinion and love the coffee so much I just started... More

We stopped on a late Sunday morning to grab a cuppa. Parking was hard to come by but we instantly took that as a good thing. There was a hefty line as well (and having not enough room to wait inside, we found ourselves waiting outside for a bit), however, the line moved quick enough and before long we had... More

Inside and outside seating. Local, friendly atmosphere - small cafe, cozy feel. Food just tastes very fresh and the bread has that "just baked" taste. We had one of the breakfast sandwiches and a vegan tofu salad sandwich - both were great. Coffee and herbal tea were good too. Plan to return and try other menu items.

Coffee is divine - smooth and flavorful. They've really nailed the coffee. It's perfect even black with no sugar. Lunch was good - hummus on bagels (in inspired, but filling). The quinoa, kale, and chickpea salad was good too, but too small a portion to fill up my BIL - maybe if it had been served on top of greens?... More

Coffee shop in an old automobile service station. Coffee is exellent. Eclectic setting with a lot of local patrons. Kind of a hangout.

All weekend long, my wife just wanted some good coffee from a local coffeehouse. Sunday night as we are heading for our 8 hr rife home, we finally find it at The Lamplighter. She surprised me with their house specialty, the Brown Sugar Latte and she treated herself to a Vanilla Honey Latte. Both were great and it was a... More

Wow, if only I had taken a sip of my honey vanilla latte before I got in the car to drive 8 hours home, I would have left with bags of that amazing espresso! Tasted just like a bit o honey candy, yum! Thankfully I can grab the espresso online since I'm not local. Also tried the brown sugar latte... More

The coffee was much better than most places, just full of body and flavor. I also tried an old fashioned glazed donut and it was a good complement to the coffee. But as for the atmosphere, it was not my kind of place, even though I have a very eclectic taste and try to enjoy different cultures and surroundings. This... More

I had cappuccino & croissant. The croissant was to die for and the coffee was decent. Unless you're on the cushy leather couch, I didn't find the other seats too comfy. Good natural light and small selection of pastries. Worth a visit!
