Visited this restaurant with my wife and 2 kids. The place looks the part of a meson. Food was plentiful and very reasonable. Would rate this as a good place to go and enjoy the flavours. Did not have any wine but there was plenty of choice.

Dropped in while passing through this lovely town. Fireplace, warm/cozy atmosphere, warm greeting and friendly service. Great food, had the menu of the day - but don't recall specifics. Excellent value.

We had 2 lunches in this restaurant. As a starter, the Grazalema soup was great. The main courses (meat) are quite tasty, but the portions could be bigger. The best of all was their goat cheesecake, it was one of the best cheesecakes, that the next day we even ordered a few to take away. The service provided by a... More

Spent Thanksgiving Day in the Sierra de Grazalema mountains and had the most wonderful meal at Meson el Simancon. So happy to return to this beautiful area with vistas that take your breath away and to enjoy once again the ambiance and hospitality of the owner and staff of this hidden jewel of a restaurant we found in 2010. So... More

Very rustic/cosy interior. Servers pleasant but service average; nothing that would distinguish them from any other restaurant in Grazalema. Nothing really special about the menu, or the food we ordered:after the reviews I had read I expected more. Very attrctive spanish facade of the building.

Ate outside on a late August evening and were treated to great service, a nice menu and nice wines. In all a really pleasent evening. Good honest food served by cheerful and attentive staff. We will go again next time we are in town.

Arrived about 30 minutes before service was due to finish, but were seated immediately. Husbands enjoyed Lamb dishes, while we ate Spaggetti Carbonara which was delicious. Would recommend for food and attentive service

We were greeted with a smile by smartly dressed hosts at this lovely restaurant in Grazalema. We had 8 children between the ages of 2 and 10 years, and 6 adults in our group. The service to our table was fast and efficient, and we we treated with excellent hospitality. Thoroughly good food, ordered far too much! Very pleased we... More

The menu at this quaint, small restaurant gives lots of local alternatives and each dish we had was excellent. Staff were helpful and their wine recommendation, Jorge Bouet TSMC Ronda, was outstanding.
