Love the chicken soup. The service was outstanding. Great place for lunch. I would recommend that everyone give it try.

We stopped here for lunch after visiting a friend at Emory. I was really looking forward to some good Mexican food and a Margarita. I had the Chicken Mole, the sauce tasted burnt. Even my over-priced Margarita wasn't very good and they used bitter tasting table salt to rim the glass. Hubby's lunch (burrito w/ rice & beans) was passable... More

Chips & salsa taste commercially prepared. Steak lunch fajitas were ample and come with black beans, rice, pico, sour cream and fresh guac that thankfully lacked raw onions as a cheap filler. Would have rated higher, but most mex joints serve 3 flour tortillas as standard for fajitas. Had to ask for min order of 3 for $1.00 more. $11.72... More

I went here for dinner on a Wednesday night and ordered the black bean and corn salad...the main problem? No cotn 9 in the salad. They added it way later but I was full off my entree by then. The server was super MIA and it wasn't even busy. I probably wouldn't go back.

I've been going to El Azteca/El Ponce for years and years and it's always been fairly consistent. Run-of-the-mill Mexican joint with a couple of dollars added per dish. I went for lunch this afternoon and it was a complete disaster. I assume construction is going on as the interior was bland and terrible. The menus now look as if they... More

Stopped in while in the area for a quick bite for lunch. The name has apparently changed to El Ponce. Food was ok, I had the chicken fajita nachos which were ok. Nothing super special. The chips and salsa are decent. The price for the nachos was a little higher than other places I have visited and yet the value... More

We discovered this restaurant near the Carter Presidential Library/Museum (a wonderful stop we also recommend) because we were hungry and in a hurry and wanted to find something nearby. Eating here was a great decision! We split a yummy chicken lunch and I don't see how anyone could have eaten it by themselves. This particular dish was recommended by our... More

Now open as El Ponce, they have terrible food and service. The fish and pork were both dry and flavorless.

It's been awhile since I used to eat here while in college, had the chance to catch a margarita, good, and fish tacos, ok, before a movie at The Plaza Theatre.

Stopped in for dinner on Saturday. Ordered some beer and a combo plate. Good cheese dip! Had a good enchilada with tacos and rice. Service was great too! Next time I am in the area I will be back.
