The food was very good especially the nice surprise of char grilled oysters. It's just not a good location to meet and talk due to the open concept and extremely loud environment.

Last weekend we had our family visiting from out of state. We decided to splurge and take them to Joey D's for dinner. We called and were told we could be seated immediately. We arrived in less than 10 minutes. When we were taken to...More

I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. The experience you described from being seated, to ordering and then food delivery sounds truly frustrating, and I want to thank you for bringing it to our attention. I want to make this...More

It will hard to find a Reuben that is stacked so high it literally takes multiple bites to even make a dent in the sandwich. No skimping here. The side pickle is just as big of a treat!! Definitely put on your list!!

Great service and food! The steaks were cooked perfect! The service was amazing. We went early, so the wait would not be so bad.

The atmosphere here is probably its best quality. Big open room with a buzz inside. Fried Calamari and tomato mozzarella apps, OK but not better. Crawfish entree, very good. Beer selection decent. This is a perfectly fine place for happy hour or a business dinner....More

Brought parents, husband, kids for Fathers Day. Hostess tried to sit us right by the bathroom with two dozen open window tables, saying a party of 20 was coming in (I insisted on a nice table, and it turns out the large party was scheduled...More

Nice menu, loud but OK atmosphere. Went there specifically for the large Beef Rib as a Father's Day treat. But the service system is totally out of whack and chaotic. After getting my wife's very simple salad order wrong, it took way too long to...More

Really surprised by some of the good reviews. The food is really bad here. Although nice atmosphere and friendly waitstaff, the steaks were bland and chewy. You would be better off buying a steak at local discount supermarket and cooking yourself. We also had he...More

We came for our mom's 65th birthday. The bar is very impressive, although it was very crowded on a Thursday night. Fortunately we had a reservation and we were seated right away. The height of the restaurant and open space makes it very loud, although...More

This well-established restaurant is best known for a mix of popular New Orleans and NYC dishes like overstuffed Carnegie Deli corned beef sandwiches, charbroiled oysters and giant aged steaks. Joey D’s is the ultimate Atlanta Perimeter power spot; you can do a lunch meeting and then a drinks meeting all in one place- each with a different setting. From the bustling restaurant to the creme de la creme, photo-worthy bar boasting over 600 brands of spirits, Joey D’s delivers on all counts. Cheers, indeed.
