Ate here on a very quiet night, only 4 other diners. Service was very good and attentive. A tapas of squid and salad was brought before we ordered, we then shared delicious goats cheese and onion pasty, mains we had chicken in a curry sauce and tasty pork fillet. Couldn't manage a pud but had a complementary sweet liquor to... More

It was probably one of the betterSpanish meals I have had in Spain! The service was great. We ate at the main restaurant, not the one near the shore. Lots of fish options and flex on how you could get it cooked.

Excellent food, asked for tuna steak with caramelised onions, absolutely delicious. My wife ordered a mixed fried fish platter and 2 persons could have shared this plate. Highly recommended! Defo going back!

As you will discover, there are many Lute y Jesus locations in Almunecar and they are all different. Our favourite is the one right outside our building on Calle Manila. Here Angel and his crew serve the freshest fish with views on the Sea. We did visit another long cation on Calle Europa which was also nice, food was good... More

We had a grilled mixed fish dish to share which was very good and fresh and an entrecote with roquefort sauce, also good but they poured the sauce all over the meat when we would have liked it on the side. Excellent service!

There are now three or four Lute y Jesus outlets dotted around the area. Fresh fried fish is a winner especially when served up in such quantities at good value. We ate one night at the Ave de Europa edition - two adults and a toddler had mixed fish sharing plate, chips and calamares. All good and can recommend the... More

Informal outdoor barstools on the street but amazing food. It's a great experience, good atmosphere and very busy. For 5 € each portion it is incredible. The gambas (prawns) are delicious.
