Waited months to get a table in this restaurant and had to book online which I don't much care for. The food was interesting but not as wonderful as I had been led to believe. My three friends agreed. The staff were friendly and helpful but a menu in spanish as well as valenciano would have been appreciated as none... More

Just excellent, great staff, fantastic tapas with a twist, friendly casual atmosphere. You must book well in advance, months in fact but we'll worth the wait.

So i had heard a lot about this place, "best restaurant in town", "months of waiting list", and exquisite dishes. Finally got the chance to try it, and well, decided to order pretty much 70% of the entire menu since its so hard to ever eat at this place. All of the food was exceptionally good, very innovative dishes and... More

Quirky, fun and memorable food, service and ambiance. A must visit restaurant - so long as you remember to reserve a table months ahead as they so so popular!

I live in Denia and heard about this restaurant from friends almost 18 months ago and when I asked them to describe the menu they described it as 'posh tapas' and urged me to book asap because of the 6 month waiting list. My first visit was in Nov.15 and what a delight it was. ' Posh' tapas is a... More

This place just gets better and better! The popularity of this restaurant means a reservation is necessary at least 6 months before you want to visit. Exquisite food coupled with an excellent wine list, the only thing "average" about Miguel Ruiz is the cost - for a restaurant of this quality it is not expensive!

Quaint little tapas bar near the centre of Denia, owned by a local chef known by is michelin reputation who now has decided to come down to earth and offer us mortals lovely traditional valencian dishes in a modern style. Great atmosphere and great service. The only problem is their 6 months waiting list which definitely worth waiting for. Can't... More

Another delightful meal at El Baret. Cannot be bettered for originality, presentation, quality, service and value for money. Again we had our favourite dishes - sepia figatells, patatas bravas, coca, oysters, bacalao croquettes and the delicious apple pie - a must so leave room from for it! Around 35 euros per head.

What a wonderful experience we had at this quaint restaurant. Our family who have a house in Denia had to book 6 months in advance to get a dinner reservation so we knew it would be good. The food and ambience was amazing and the waiters very friendly and attentive. Every dish was special and enticing and the four of... More

Gourmet loving family members visiting again had found this very small place in the past, loved it so this year took myself & my husband to celebrate my birthday. They had raved about the ingenious presentations, quality and flavours of the food and I must report that I was not in the least dissapointed. A tiny, unpretentious place with no... More
