It was a lovely Easter day and we wandered down from the car park on a lovely warm clear blue sky day. Arriving about 10:30 it was beautifully quiet. We sat and... More

wow what a place to sit and eat your ice creams. We tried all flavors of the ice cream as there were a few of us, don't miss trying it. The cakes and food looked great and service with a smile, can understand why this has been voted number 1, but have to say not many vendors in the area.

We found this quirky restaurant on the coast path - very aptly named! We only had a coffee (which was very good), but the food was being barbecued and smelt delicious! The place was buzzing with families and people of all ages. There were big jugs of wild flowers on the tables and lots of atmosphere. Eating is all done... More

Queued for half an hour, amidst a hoarde of very loud people from Fulham accessorised in pink chinos and black Labradors (the latter not a problem). Finally made it to the front of the queue to be told they'd run out of pasties fifteen minutes before but had failed to announce the fact. Didn't really want anything else, since we... More

What an amazing place to go for a quick bite to eat. The soup is to die for, hot, thick and yummy. Cakes and slices looked good, but was to full to fit in

Friendly service, really good hot soup that is a meal in itself, a place of character well worth the visit. No cover so if raining you will get wet.
