We had family dinner at this restaurant! We couldn't find there what we can eat. Every dish, what we chosen finally, was not good. We was very disappointed from this dinner!!! It was to much salt, fat. This is not a restaurant, this is a bistro. Not recommend for dinner.

Monkeypod is a well organized restaurant and capable of servicing large volumes of people. The service is snappy and the food is OK, we are in the winter season and its still busy with wait times please book well in advance. We had the fish tacos and they were delicious, however with the fish & chips the fish felt frozen... More

Bad food all around. We took 15 people to the Monkeypod and not one of the meals were decent. 5 out of 5 pizza's ordered were completely burnt on the bottom, three of the steak meals were so tough you could use it as shoe leather, and the rest of the food was so so. I will not be going... More

Eating out in Wailea is eye-wateringly expensive. The Monkeypod Kitchen, though, does it right. We were really happy with the food, the service and the ambience. The meal was topped off by the best banana cream pie ever.

We were fortunate enough to be able to go here twice in one week!! Not sure why it took us 3 years to go here!! Amazing service from the minute we met Kelsey and she seated us at a beautiful table outside in the back! She was very welcoming and had a beautiful smile! Donnie was our waiter and was... More

We didn't know it was Happy Hour when we made our reservation, but glad we showed up early to enjoy the prices. First off we we seated right away when we arrived at 5:15 pm. By the time we left at 7 pm there was a very long line. Second, our waiter was great and told us it was HH,... More

Kind of "off the beaten path" and we went on our last night and wish we had gone more than once. We had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner but I can easily see how this is a great place any night of the year. Whether looking for a casual dinner (as is often the case in Hawaii) or wanting something a... More

We stopped here to wait for some friends, and I was happy to find they had alcohol based kombucha on draft that was DELICIOUS and strong. Thankfully they had some delicious sides to help curve the side effects of their kombucha. We had the chicken wings and the fish tacos - but their menu is diverse and offers some kid... More

Always incredible! You do have to be sure to make a reservation because this place is always jamming. I love the fact that year after year the same staff are there and always super friendly and helpful. They do have amazing pie! Although I opted for their house special Mai Tai instead this trip. Delish!!!!

Had a few drinks, a pizza and a piece of coffee cake for dessert. All the food was delicious! I was very full, but the cake sounded too good to pass up. Service was quick and very friendly.
