Never had a bad experience- sometimes you have to wait for a table since it is a popular place, and the live entertainment is usually great, although it can be loud (because it's live). Food is great- we love the fried pickles, the stir fry and the fish tacos. We have brought our 11 year old for lunch in the... More

We had a visit and walk around the historic district and whaling museum in New Bedford. Nice stop at Rose Alley for a beer and appetizers! The Linguisa egg rolls are unique and delicious! Good service and nice drafts selection. The right place at the right time for us. Check it out!

Looking for a late night dinner, we were referred to Rose Alley. They did everything possible to secure us a table, and get our order in before the kitchen closed. Everything was prepared as described/requested. Beer selection was vast.

Went in here every night during a recent work visit to New Bedford. It's s really friendly bar & had live music one evening, live sports on TV's the other nights. The chicken wings are top notch & we ended up having these every night too. They also have an extensive list of good craft & IPA beers on draft,... More

I visited here for the first time this week (longtime New Bedford Native here). The question I ask myself is...why did I wait so long? The food was great. I had the fried pickles and fish tacos. Fries were really delicious, too which is very important to me! Lots of beers on tap. Unfortunately I kicked the keg of the... More

Breakfast is served only on Saturday mornings, but it's worth the stop. They serve a full bar and have about 10-12 choices from the food menu. The food is always good, and the staff is awesome.

Went here for lunch based on our hotel's recommendation. It is not much to look at from the outside..we almost didn't go in. Glad we did. The atmosphere is casual and there are lots of TV's to watch sports. The fish and chips was excellent and the drinks were strong. Good portions, great prices but service was just ok

Great wings. Great food. Live entertainment. Casual and friendly. Lots of TV's to watch weekend football or other sports games.

Great place to go and try some new beers. Wide variety of taps and cans/bottles to choose from. Common every day beers as well as out of the box new types you may be interested in trying. The wings were great! Many flavors and sauces to choose from. It was a real surprise to me to see the steak tips... More

...a great lunch can be had within these rather plain, if not ugly walls. The clam chowder is stellar, full of chunks of clam and thick, The choices of local, craft beers are good and can complement whatever one orders from a fairly typical pub menu for this part of the world.
