Great food, priced reasonably. If your not full when you leave its your fault. Great customer service, family friendly, easy to find. Left good food.

I went with a friend and found it to be some of the best ribs I've had in the Dfw area. Not greasy or drenched in sauce, the ribs are fabulous. The sides are tasty as well. Potato salad and slaw good, as is the okra. It's rated highly by D magazine and Texas Monthly. Clean and friendly. Go there.... More

This place was recommended to me so I drove through and ordered a slice sandwich. Too much fat and really dry.

This is a great restaurant for the sliced brisket. Also the coleslaw is very good. I cannot recommend the pork loin however. But the sliced brisket will hold it's own with any other BBQ joint.

I stopped by to pick up some brisket because I had heard so many good things about this place and I love brisket. I ordered extra moist sliced brisket, and was very disappointed to get brisket that was very dry. Even after I sent my food back to get moist brisket- I got dry pieces. The customer service was great... More

We again each got the rib special at $8.95. Four flavorful and meaty ribs, a side, Texas Toast, and a drink. The Railhead Thursday rib special at $9.95 is also a great deal, but there is more meat on the Off-The-Bone ribs. One could almost argue that these ribs are too lean, but we do not buy into that argument.... More

I don't get into the Kennedale/ Forest Hill area very much anymore. But when I do I always try to make a special trip to Off the Bone BBQ. Some of the best barbecued ribs and brisket in North Texas. Good lunch and daily specials. All the sides I've tried are very good especially the macaroni and cheese. Prices are... More

Friends, you can't go to Cowtown without having BBQ, and you can't have bad BBQ if you go to Cowtown. So do t waste your time in the stockyards looking for great meats, head south off on Mansfield Highway to the Forest Hill section of Fort Worth and have the best ribs (and try the smoked bologna too) in the... We were visiting from denver colorado and this restaurant is close to our hotel. Gave it a try and the ribs were absolutely amazing. Loved them. Sliced brisket was really good.Employees were very friendly.

Great ribs and tasty okra. Nicely buttered Texas toast. Brisket is smokey and def on the leaner side but still tasty. Pecan pie is tasty and cobbler is ok. Servers are helpful and take good care of the rest.
