Not cheap but excellent pizzas. Guys serving ok but not particularly friendly or welcoming. G to watch pizzas being made.

This place on the main road in Mindo is usually full, serves cold beers, good pizza and tasty fried tilapia!

The pizza here is absolutely wonderful. The crust is thin and buttery and all of the ingredients taste extremely fresh, and it is cooked in a brick oven in the center of the restaurant. Would highly recommend trying the Margherita Pizza. Service was very efficient.

They serve excellent thin crust pizza here, with good service and a fair amount of local charm as well. Very easy to find right off the main drag in Mindo, and also reasonably priced. If you're looking for a "we've been hiking all day and want something we know we'll like" type of place, this is it.

The taste was off. Not sure if it was the cheese, sauce or dough. A large pizza is for about $14 which isn't cheap for a pizzeria in village in Ecuador.

We enjoyed eating at this place - a good dinner at a very fair price. Unlike other place in Mindo- where we left after waiting far too long for anyone to even notice us - the service was excellent. The owner came and took us to a table, and spent time going over the menu. This is not a five... More

Inge and I ate a "familiar" a family-sized vegetarian pizza and it was fantastic. The pizza are thin crusted and loaded with good toppings. Usually I come with a big group and we consume every kind of pizza they have and they are all excellent, especially with a big bottle of Pilsener.

The stone baked pizzas here are so tasty. They use a really thin base which is lovely and not too filling. We had chips and garlic bread as sides, neither of which were great. I'd stick to the pizza here, it's definitely their speciality. We paid $16.95 for a regular pepperoni pizza, a portion of chips and a portion of... More

El Tigrillo is always a favorite spot with a varied menu, from wood-oven-baked pizzas to specialty sandwiches and even the 'lunch almuerzo' - many times availabe way beyond the standard times for 'amuerzo.' What makes this restaurant extra special is how happy and positive everyone seems to be... They seem to always have time to smile, even when they're extra... More
