Pretty good fish and chips and an open face sandwich. Good place for basic food and drinks. Walking distance from center of town.

Good service but let down by the quality of the food - why serve frozen pre-battered fish when you can get some of the best fresh fish in the world? As locals we would not be keen to bring visitors to this standard of food.

Not many options in Renwick so it was a surprise to find a place as good as this. Basic pub menu but well cooked and friendly service. Not too loud or crowded on the week night we were there.

Hadn't been to the Pub for a number of years but knew the area and found it. Just as nice as we could remember with white exterior and wooden beamed ceilings inside with large fireplace. Dropped in for a late lunch and the food was...More

I had the yummy steak (cooked to perfection), but unfortunately, they don't cater well for dietary needs. I ordered the dearest meal on the menu & bought a bottle of wine, yet was still expected to pay an additional $5 for a jus, as the...More

Great food and atmosphere. Was great to be able to watch All Blacks vrs Lions game also. Food came out quick considering the place was paced and we were a group of 13.

Stayed in the apartment upstairs and had dinner and drinks downstairs. An awesome night, the lady that runs the place was lovely, staff were thoughtful and efficient. Food was pub grub at its best. Great atmosphere.

At the recommendation of our host, my boyfriend and I hired bikes from the Cork and Keg. We were provided with great quality easy kiwi service and good conversation. If you're a shorty like me, note that they only provide medium sized bikes and above.
