食物还不错,房间还行,设施一般,没有空调,不过开电扇不觉得热。最值得一提的是沙滩外就可以浮潜。每天也可以看日落,这家酒店的狗狗很可爱,很粘人。Good food( compared with others local hotels), room just ok, just on the beach, but very good place for snorkeling.Yet to see the sunset, will choose it next time.

Just at the beach front, sitting in the restaurant or in a wooden beach chair, watching sun set or gaze at the stars - it could not be better! Meals were tasty, but some of the seafood items quite high price Staff was super friendly and polite, helpfil with arranging excursions.

We stayed overnight in Kavieng, on the way to Lissenung. This is a beautifully located restaraunt by the sea. The food was excellent.

Nothing special, but good by PNG standards. Clean. Great view. Drink system is strange, but it is PNG.

Stay for the lovely local national staff and location but not much else. Appalling management by expats. Average menu. Poorly maintained ammenities. Lease running out. Hopefully someone who knows how to manage staff and hotels latkes it on or redevelops it

Malagan Lodge is located to one of the scenic surfing spots in PNG. Located by the beach, the white sand, clear blue waters and the islands in the foreground of which Nusa Island Retreat is one of them is amazing with all the tranquility you can imagine.

I had two poor experiences at Malagan's - some might say I'm a sucker for going back! Our travel group decided to eat out at Malagan's for dinner as a change from the nightly buffet being offered at our island accommodation. We were disappointed to find out that Malagan's were only serving a buffet (of much poorer standard) from a... More

Sat down for lunch. Most dishes were around 40 kina, more than 20$. Ordered a fish and crab, having just walked by the local market with its relative abundance of gorgeous fish and crabs, and assuming you can't go wrong ordering sea food in a town like Kavieng. We made sure to ask if the fish and crab are fresh,... More

A sensational location on the beach looking across the harbour to nearby islands is spoiled by very average food and service. The resort is in need of updating and attention.
