Not a fine dining but certainly a fine bistro. Food was good, price correct, service ok. Decor is charming.
I had the duck confit with lentils, and It was excellent. The duck was very flavorful and crispy on the outside yet moist and tender in the middle. The patio was fantastic. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and courteous. Overall a great experience.
We wanted something out of the ordinary and the Paris Bistro delivered. Great service and sophisticated French cuisine made for an enjoyable evening. We will return when we come back for more skiing. The wine list is great and the traditional French preparations are delightful....More
