This location is the best one so far. Went here for breakfast on a Saturday and we were not disappointed. Coffee is great too!

So good, consistent. Great red and green chile. Breakfast skillets are wonderful. Huevos rancheros for breakfast are an amazing deal. Only modest items might be taco salad and green chile stew. We go every week.

Not a fancy dining place, but good cafe with consistently good food and excellent service. Good value for the money, nice decor for what is essentially a storefront. Can get noisy in the back room, as larger parties are seated there and sometimes several tables with kids.

Little Anita's is part of Albuquerque's deep Mexican and New Mexican culture. Multiple locations around the city and always a great and affordable lunch.

Ate here on a business trip in March. Was excited to bring my husband here on vacation. The food was just as excellent as I remembered.

Have lived here 26 years saw this location it's a shame when you hire staff that can't wrap 3 burritos to keep the contents in, asked for manager, spoke to the very kind waitress. He never bothered to come out he addressed the issue thru the he waitress thru not charging for an ice tea and two lemonades. Don't waste... More

Didn't feel the service or host were very friendly. Not as tasty as my trips to the Menaul location.

By NM standards this is an above average Mexican food restaurant. The food is good and always consistent. This particular location is really all about the locals. It lacks in ambiance and the location is in a strip center. The service was good, value is average. I like their Chile Rellenos with green chile and the tamale plate with red... More

We used to get good food and service at the Corrales location but it hasn't been good for three years. I keep reminding my husband not to go to that store but he forgets because it is close to his workplace. We are locals who have been eating little Anita's for over 30 years. Tonight we ordered take away and... More

So this is my go to place. Carry out or dine in. I love their Mexican food. Service is always awesome and our order is always spot on. I think out of all the red chili I've had this place is the best! Definately try their hand held for on the go!

Description
For a taste of grandma's cooking and a bit of homemade comfort, come to Little Anita's, which has been serving authentic New Mexican food for over 40 years. Named after the founder's mother, and based on family recipes handed down for generations, Little Anita's is an Albuquerque institution. Our iconic flagship restaurant, in the heart of Old Town, is beloved by locals and a must-visit for any tourist. You haven't been to Albuquerque if you haven't eaten at Little Anita's. Our menu hasn't changed much in the last four decades, and we're proud of it. In a fast-moving world, our restaurants are an oasis of tradition and sentimental cooking. When it comes to our signature dishes, we like to keep things simple. We believe in the purity of our ingredients and keep a clean flavor profile. You won't find your food overloaded with seasoning and your taste buds won't be overwhelmed with spiciness. Our chile tastes like chile. You know a Mexican restaurant by its chips and salsa. Have a seat, take a few bites and find out why so many regulars say, "you had me at chips and salsa." Yes, it's that good.
