We just arrived in Albuquerque NM and was told this was the best place for authentic Mexican food. The place has limited seating, was packed with people, and well worth the short wait for a table. We told the waitress it was our first visit and she was so helpful with ordering and explaining the menu. We ordered the Combo#1... More

Excited to find a burrito not stuffed with rice, I ordered the Burrito a la Mexicana. The order was served quickly and hot. It was delicious. Full of steak, onions, tomatoes, beans, and jalapenos. Not overly spicy hot but just right spicy. Service is fast and accurate. Employees were smiling and friendly. Place doesn't look like much but prepare to... More

The menu says HUGE, they don't lie. My daughter and husband each ordered one, see picture. All the other dishes were phnomenal. This is a tiny place, but don't judge this book by its cover. Fantastic value too.

Had the ceviche tostada and it was great. Perfect combo of tartness from the lime and salty from everything else. The combo number one was amazing with the red sauce. Highly recommended!!! Its small with limited seating so beware with large party. To drink had the horchata, and it was ok.

This is definitely a place where the locals eat; it is a bit out of the way and you easily drive by it, so write down the address and keep your eyes open when looking for it. There is very limited parking and the restaurant is small, so the seating is limited too. They also have a to-go window. Many... More

We are from Southern CA, so we know good Mexican food. These guys rocked it. Great burritos, rolled tacos and guac. Staff was super friendly. This place is great for any meal. We will be back!!!

This place isn't much to look at, but the food cant be beat. There can be long lines so be prepared. The wait is worth it.

The staff was friendly and efficient and had my order out in minutes. The tacos were wonderful -- fresh and flavorful. I tried the fish and chicken tacos and liked the chicken best. The meat was moist and absorbed the included salsa well. The corn tortilla was fairly good. A friend ordered guacamole and said that it, unfortunately, was soupy... More

It is a nice walk-up with some seating inside authentic Mexican restaurant. We got the Shrimp cocktail which was quite good and some Tacos that were also good. Service was a bit slow. Lots of people there, but all of them were waiting quite some time for their food. Definitely try the Shrimp Cocktail.
