Recommended by our Uber driver. We loved the tamales, carnitos, and sopapillos! Absolutely delicious! The red sauce has a little bite.

All 7 of us enjoyed our different lunches and the good looking waitresses that gave us good service. After a friend's recommendation and the great reviews on Trip Advisor, we were not disappointed.

This is a family owned restaurant. The food is downright excellent and the portions are large. The carne adovada sopapilla dish is just right for 2 people. Leave the wait person a good tip because the service is superb. They also have a day where veterans (I'm not) with military ID get a free entre in appreciation of their service.... More

We kept hearing about this restaurant from tourist guides to locals but it was a drive for us. Are we glad we did. REAL fried beans, not canned. Super Spanish rice and pinto beans are exceptional. Delicious chilis, green and red. It has a very down to earth family type atmosphere but if you like clean and great service, this... More

We really like this place and go there the first night we get into town. Service is really good, and we like the simple menu. Lots of good meals. Also, they're open long hours and serve breakfast and lunch. We haven't tried the breakfast yet, but that's on our list to do. Breakfast menu is pretty extensive. Prices are very... More

I have the blue corn enchiladas I had chicken instead of beef. I live in Albuquerque and eat there. I think it's the best Mexican food around.

I love this place, my favorite is the red Chile, authentic New Mexico food. Great friendly service, and extremely clean. Been going here for years, and never disappointed.

Across the street from the Sandia Peak Inn, it was very convenient. Their salsa is homemade, and definitely too spicy hot for me, but my spouse and father loved it. The sopapillas are wonderful. Love the motif, especially the chili pepper cross!
