Another place in our "must tries". Definitely my least favorite out of a dozen stops. Chips and salsa were very standard. I had soggy chile rellenos--wouldn't recommend. Too much plated for one person--we could have shared.

We love Sadies. Some of our friends do not because the food is smothered in chile. My favorite is the guaco-beef tacos. Always good service. There can be a wait. The bar is open seating even for full meals.

We went Sadie's for the first time and absolutely loved it. We were on a trip driving from Dallas to San Francisco. It was pretty busy as it was a Friday night. The only drawback is the parking was horrendous. There are limited handicapped parking spots and none were large enough for van parking with a ramp. The staff was... More

One of the wonderful things about Sadies is they can accommodate large groups often without little notice. The other thing is consistently good food. Everyone in our large group enjoyed their choices. I had a small taco salad with chicken and a wonderful lemon oil dressing. With tip, everyone leaving with full bellies for party of 8 we didn't even... More

Texans (used to Tex Mex) visiting ABQ. Tried this place because of TripAdvisor ratings & Not impressed. Almost all the beef was ground beef (nothing like fajitas), the potatoes were under-cooked, un-seasoned (unless you count "covered in cheese" as seasoned) and very greasy. Chicken in one entrée was un-seasoned and very dry (no lemon, garlic, onion, salt, turmeric - NOTHING).... More

Food was excellent! Try the fried green chili strips. Red chili was real and not canned. I had the combination with taco relleno and enchilada plus beans and rice. The plate was huge and so good

Every year our New York city friend wants to go here for his NM fix. The salsa and warm chips served when you are seated are not to spicy. He gets the Roberto, Beef patty smothered in spicy chili and served with papitas. I like the Chicken enchilada stacked with green chili. I think their green is less hot than... More
