We had lunch here at an outside table. I had a sandwich but did not want either French fries or sweet potato fries. A side salad was substituted, and it was in a soup bowl.. twice as much salad as I expected. Very nice dressing too. Both of our sandwiches were excellent, as was the salad. I would definitely return... More

Not only is the food good, it is thoughtfully and carefully prepared to order from local and regional sources, and menus change with the seasons. Some excellent vegan/vegetarian options, and all in a very pretty spot just south of town.

The best food we could find in the Estes Park area. With a mind toward clean eating, spectacular views and knowledgable staff. We ate lunch and returned for dinner.

I saw an ad on the Estes Park Convention and Visitor's Website that this restaurant had organic and locally grown food. We had our rehearsal dinner there 29 years ago. My sister had her wedding reception there about 20 years ago. My husband and I were very excited to return just for the nostalgia of it. I called and talked... More

We stayed here over the 4th of July 2014 for a family reunion. The food was terrible, which was a problem because the nearest restaurant besides dining at the resort, was a 25-30 minute drive.

Overpriced. Share a dish. The service was good, but it was hard to tip good we were paying so much for our meal.

We loved the idea of this restaurant- organic foods and healthy dining. The actual experience was disappointing to say the least. The service was terribly slow. Our waitress was pretty much the only unfriendly person we met in a week in Estes Park. My wife has food allergies and the waitress knew nothing about what was in the food. My... More

My husband and I got married just down the road from here in RMNP, a 2 days before the wedding, we were out looking for someplace for ourselves and our 25 guests to eat after the ceremony and these folks really stepped up to the plate :-) When we got there, The chef had 5 different handmade appetizers prepared for... We drove to the Aspen Lodge out of Estes Park on the recommendation of our hotel desk clerk. The property itself is a little run down, but we were told that the view would be good. There is a large dining room with a high ceiling with exposed beams. It took a while for the waitress to take our drink... More

Terrific staff in rustic decor setting; Excellent food prepared by hands-on Chef ---the tomato bread appetizer was delicious! We were told many "locals" come here to eat---great value for the price! It was a little busy when we were there and had to wait for our check after the meal, but can't complain about the great food!
