Just when you think you hit many of the great restaurants in Federal Hill during my sons four years of college, we hit upon Camille's during Graduation weekend. We booked a last minute reservation which we were very happy to get considering how busy the city was with Graduation festivities. Lucky us! The decor, service, and food were impeccable. Great... I was invited to Camille's by my CEO. Restaurant is high class, offers some privacy for business talks, food was fine, but I had hard time to select my meal. In any case it is good Italian restaurant, higher standard and prices.

My wife and I had an engagement earlier in the night and were dressed for a night out. I checked my phone to see if we could get a table. Twenty minutes later we were seated waiting for drinks. Our server David was excellent. He kept a good pace to the evening, never rushing but never delayed. The food was... More

Don't accept a table upstairs on a Saturday night - located right above the bar, so the disco music will pound you senseless. Food is too rich, over sauced, and mediocre. Bolognese and other sauces are heavy and lack flavor, and my general thought is that it is Italian food made by someone who's never been to Italy. Much of... More

Historic. Perfect blend of American heritage with Italian grace. Massive portions. Make it a full experience. Cocktails in the bar. Dinner inside the velvet ropes. Dessert. Vino all the way. Classic. Enjoy!

Beautiful old dining room with upscale service. The menu has many options. Everyone in my dining party was thrilled with their meals.

Went for a business dinner. Walkable from the hotels near the convention center. Had a special entree and wedge salad. The entree was terrific - it was a seafood combo and it was the 'Camille' something. Everyone else enjoyed their entree too. Cocktails were very nicely done and after dinner dessert and espresso topped off a great night. Only thing... More

So, we wanted to experience a taste of historic Little italy. Didn't happen. place is Historically Done. Place is renewed to an American fine Dining, none on the menu shows any signs of old fashioned dining dishes nor the restaurant itself. has zero sign of history. no mention of "Camille's".. whoever that is.. as for the food it was OK....
