On a recommendation of my husband's coworker we had dinner. We're from Houston. It's not TexMex but better. tried the AL Pastor and steak tacos, Chipotle chicken quesadilla. My husband had the steak nachos and beef burrito. Large portions, quality ingredients, and inexpensive. Everything flavorful and fresh. Hibiscus tea was unexpected and very good. Small and quaint. Personal service and... More

Not the best neighborhood but a great little hole in the wall restaurant. Fairly small pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food, tasty, well presented, fresh ingredients . The pitcher of mango margueritas was the best deal almost 10 glasses. The water was the only thing we didn't like.

I had heard good things about Chilangos and finally got a chance to try it. It was excellent. The Enchilada verde was outstanding. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. We ordered the guacamole which was also very good. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are right on the money. They small plate menu was extensive and the portions... More

I am a repeat customer and have not yet been disappointed. My favorite is the verde chicken - fabulous! The service is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable.

I always am pleased with Chilango's food and service. The best authentic Mexican in a newly renovated yet affordable restaurant. I have not ever had a meal here that I did not enjoy Flan was excellent

Passed this place wandering about Providence. I tried the flounder fish tacos on the specials board. Great presentation. Fresh. Yummy. Highly recommended.

Went there today with some friends. I was intrigued by all the excellent reviews. I have been a fan of Rancho Grande, so I wanted to see how this restaurant compared. First of all, they charge you for any extra bowl of chips you order. There were four of us and we got a small bowl of chips (about 1... More

Freshly prepared and delicious food served in a lovely manner-- a sure hit. We had guacamole and taco appetizers and then several other small plates to share for a lunch . It was delicious and affordable. The cocktails were obviously made with fresh squeezed lime juice-- no aftertaste -- just sublime!! Don't miss this little gem!

Fantastic and authentic food! The best Mexican restaurant in the state! The Arizona burrito with barbacoa and the huarache are delicious. You also must try a chelarita, a margarita made w/ beer. You won't regret going!

My coworkers and I went to Chilangos for a birthday lunch. While from the outside it looks like a place you wouldn't venture into without someone who has already been there, the adventure is well worth it. Carlos, who greeted us at the door, took our orders, answered our questions with a smile and seemed to be the owner or... More
