Runny scrambled eggs. Fruit was best thing they had. Drowned everything in hot sauce for flavor. Potatoes were cold.

The jalapeños had the best flavor. I also had a salad that was yummy and very fresh. My dinner partner had a burger that he said was delicious. Hotel food can be so boring, but this is an exception! Enjoy

I travel every week and always ensure I come to the restaurant at least once as Gemma Briana as they are the best in customer service with meals and bartending.

Please note the restaurant will be under renovation from August 10, 2017 through September 10, 2017. During that time Fire + Spice will be fully operational in the Sabino Ballroom located on the first floor next to Fire + Spice. We look forward to unveiling The Glowbal, our new restaurant concept, opening in September 2017. Fire + Spice, our new cutting-edge Southwestern eatery is a culinary experience you won't want to miss. Steeped in history and rich in culture, Arizona cuisine blends traditional Native American ingredients, the refined tastes of Old Spain, and the spices, peppers, and cheeses of Mexico. Fire + Spice's menu is infused with the flavors of all three culinary traditions, and stands at the vanguard of nouveau Arizona cuisine. From presentations where the plate is the canvas and the food is the paint, to the enticing blend of aromas, textures and flavors—you'll enjoy Southwestern fare like you've never seen or tasted it before.
