Dinner for two tourists on a Friday. Nice ambiance. Friendly service. Shrimp ceviche was delicious but be aware that it is more like a spicy gazpacho with shrimp than it is a traditional ceviche. The chicken linguini and the fillet (Grouper on this day) with three sisters saute were both very good, as well. My meal was the three course... More

Dined here the weekend of the El Tour de Tucson bike race. Parking is limited so plan accordingly if you make reservations. Atmosphere is excellent and so is the service. Everyone's dinner choice was amazing and everyone walked away happy and content. Cannot wait until we return to Tucson for another visit to this restaurant.

We've been visiting Tucson for years, as family lives there. It's so nice to find more modern restaurant options, I was getting pretty tired of cowboy steak and beans! Downtown Kitchen and Cocktails has a modern take on regional fare, like the grilled fish with three sisters saute. The duck with mole was satisfying, and my green curry chicken was... More

Dinner for four and one very particular eater who's typically hard to accommodate. Server was very conscientious and checked with kitchen to confirm ingredients to ensure meal would work for all diners. Everyone said this place had meals with best flavor in Tucson and THAT says something. Would highly recommend

This is one of my favorite happy hour spots (4-6 daily) and THE restaurant I always bring visiting guests to experience Janos Wilder's cuisine, he is a James Beard award winner. Happy hour features a drink of the day and discounts on wine and beer. The bar menu has discounted prices on fabulous food. I love the Oaxacan spicy peanuts... More

Janos Wilder is the best! How many fabulous chefs continue decade after decade to provide fantastic food and enchanting atmosphere along with creative and innovative changes in his restaurants, his locations, his menus and ingrediets, etc. We discovered his first restaurant in an old house attached to the Tucson Museum of Art and have followed him to at least three... This place was amazing. Our server Miriah was just exceptional. She was attentive and efficient, and very pleasant. Not only that, but the food was just delicious! We had the calamari to start and for dinner I had the pork tenderloin. It was honestly one of the best dinners I've ever had. The service made it that much better! So... More

Food - the smells, the presentation, the taste...wonderful. The sights and the scene is organized chaos. Fun place to be with friends. Not for intimate or casual conversation. A party atmosphere to put you in the mood for the theater or other points of interest downtown.
