We were looking for a place to eat in Tucson & were advised by a shop assistant to go to Cafe Molina. what a great recommendation! We each had the house enchiladas and they were great! The cherry chimachanga was fantastic! Enough for 2

The Molina family has run this restaurant since 1947. I was just there for the first time since 1978...and it is still the same...excellent. There are great reasons why this place has been here this long: quality, value, and excellent service. I was a frequent patron when I lived in Tucson and have never found anything to match the flavors... More

Great food, great service, great margaritas, nice atmosphere. The majority of our group of eight had the fajitas and we all loved them. I had the vegetarian and they were very good. The tortilla was huge and thin so we tore it into smaller pieces to wrap our fajitas. I had a blended mango margarita and it, too, was delicious.... More

To start, you will think this is weird, but our favorite Mexican restaurant is in NE Ohio. We simply haven't found one we like better here in Tucson. So, we compare every new place we try to our favorite back home. Someone told us Casa Molina had great fajitas, so we went to try them last week. The inside of... More

My family's first choice Mexican place, Molina's Midway, was closed for Super Bowl Sunday, so we went here. 8 of us were seated quickly and decided to for the buffet which looked good and proved to be good. Some of the family were quite happy with the menudo soup. I enjoyed the chile con carne (which I also know as... More

I had already reviewed the Speedway location, which I think is far better. We stopped for a Margarita at Casa Molina Del Norte, and while good, they were pretty overpowering. Later on we had take-out from this location, and it was woefully poor compared to the Speedway locationl. Maybe it's because of take- out, and not eat - in. I... More

Tried this restaurant and found it very average. Food was tasteless. . Rice was bad, tacos were over cooked. Service was the bartender.

Nice selection of food and beer. Expensive guacamole. Huge chimichangas. Can order with toppings. Nice sampler platter. Order beer by the pitcher.

The food, the service and the ambiance all combined to make last night's dinner truly enjoyable. Chili Rellenos are my gold standard standard and Casa Molina passed with full marks. We will definitely go back.

I have been going to Casa Molina since the 60's and am sad to report that the Campbell location is not up to the standard at the other locations. The cheese crisp was soggy under the green chilies. The enchiladas were weak with regard to taste. It was as if they just threw some hamburger in and poured ketchup over... More
