We had been driving by this location for years and were tempted by the sign "Vegetarian Paradise" but wary of the low-key strip mall exterior. We finally decided to take a chance and see for ourselves at lunch time on a Sunday. We went early and there was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. We were met at... More

Delicious! The food is beautifully flavored and the salads are fresh. The portions are huge, so order accordingly because you may need a take home box if you don't share. Well priced for the portion size. I had the chicken shawarma and my friend had the tandoori chicken plate. I especially like the cardamon-scented tea.

I used to come to Tuscon every year and would wait to eat at the restaurant. i didn't come for almost 10 years and they moved. now i live near enough and was able to find them to retry. A nice Family run restaurant. The food was a good as I remembered! The Babaganoush is the best i have had... More

Good selection of Middle Eastern and a Persian dishes, and our group chose variations of lamb - all were excellent. Plates came nicely dressed with a particularly good hummus, and warm pita bread. Worth a visit for sure. But we have to add a cautionary note as on our visit (a Wednesday evening), the place was fairly busy but there... More

We decided to frequent here again for dinner. One table was clean but others still had used dinnerware from previous guests. We found they had different servers but the young ladies still seemed to lack in providing drinks and continuing to keep the glasses filled. Although we really like the sampler plate, we still find that customer service or lack... More

Consistently great food. Good location close to University area, Pima College, and downtown. Widely varied menu of Mediterranean standards. Chicken Sharma was the favorite in our group. Fast and friendly service.

The Middle Eastern tea with mint was delicious. The 5 sampler plate was very good, especially the hummus and baba ganoush. Would definitely go back again. The check came rather slowly, so ask for it well in advance if on a time schedule but definitely go.

I love baklava, falafel and gyros, and this place didn't disappoint. I enjoyed my lunch from this little market that serves all of the above. Not only did I buy my spices and cheese for kanufi, I bought myself delicious baklava and a gyro. The baklava was okay for a dollar, and the gyro and falafel satisfied my appetite. It... More

We love their food, it was very good experience. They gave large portions, and the staff were very nice.

We had dined here in about 1 year because our last experience found us waiting for water, sitting at a dirty table, and being waited on by waitress who were young and a little inexperienced. Our recent experience has been more pleasurable. We usually get the sampler plate with falafel. It is really a good amount of food for two... More
