Lilli Konatar, Timothy Water have been excellent servers for breakfast at Sustenios at Eilan. The food is also great.

Sustento is a great spot for breakfast on the weekdays or brunch over the weekend. There are plenty of healthy options in addition to the usual staples. The Greek yoghurt with berries was tasty, healthy and inexpensive. Make sure to ask for Javi or Liliana, they walked me through the menu and provided top notch service throughout the few meals... I've gone to Sustentio a few times, and I always have a great experience. The atmosphere is inviting & the staff welcoming. The last two times I've gone, our water has been Javier - and he is top notch! On both occasions he was professional, polite, and helpful with food/wine selections. Thanks Sustenio!

Sustenio is a fantastic restaurant tucked into the Eilan Hotel. Our server Mike H was great; very attentive, friendly and efficient. My daughter and I went there for a celebratory dinner and wound up having appetizers and dessert!! We started off with drinks and I recommend the Prickly pear mojito for those who do not want a sweet drink. We... More

My family and I absolutely loved this restaurant/bar/lounge During our stay at the Eilan hotel, we enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant daily and their superb Sunday brunch which included baked salmon, an omelette bar, house made pastries, meat/cheese trays, fruit, prime rib, and soooo much more! Their happy hour specials included well drinks, domestic/imported beers, and AMAZING martinis. The... More

Fourth or fifth dinner at Sustenio and we were not disappointed. The menu has changed extensively over the time we have been going; but, results are always enjoyable. Touted as "Modern Texas Cuisine" there are many interesting dishes. To start, we shared the Hell's Eggs and "Anti-Wedge" salad - both excellent. My wife had the filet which was grilled to... More

Chef Stephan Pyles restaurant, and as always at his places - excellent. The Sunday Brunch was plentiful but a little on the tasteless side. Recommend the dinner.

I can't say it enough how good brunch was at Sustenio. From the moment I arrived I was treated with class. The valet crew was so kind and pointed me in the right direction, with a smile. The hostess seated me quickly and the wait staff was tops. The food! OMG great omelet bar. all of the ingredients were laid... More

Friendly staff. Only one bar tender on our visit which made service a little slow. Happy Hour runs to 7 pm and include drinks and snacks. Very nice establishment. I have included a Valentine's day special for 2017.

The food at Sustenio was so wonderful. Highly recommend the snapper and also anything with the brisket. We had dinner there to celebrate our anniversary and Becca made us and our evening feel truly special. She was a great help with food and wine selection and treated us to champagne and dessert to add to our celebration. At our breakfast,... More
