After seeing The Alamo we went to the Lone Star Cafe to eat and relax. We sat outside and enjoyed. The food was good and the servers were awesome. It wasn't busy and we ended up eating and drinking for two hours. If you go...More

Was there for a convention and wanted some TExas BBq. The brisket was tender, but BBq sauce was fair and note enough. I subbed the fries out for a side salad. It was iceberg lettuce with 1 tomato. Lots better choices near by.

Very disappointed in both the service and the quality of the food. Such a shame as the River Walk setting is both beautiful and picturesque Food presentation was abysmal and the quality questionable , service without a smile.

I really wanted to like this place. We sat on the patio with a great view of the river. It took a long time to be seated and longer to be served. Once we were served, the waitress was really nice but not very attentive....More

There was a 11 people in the group and the restaurant had a nice spot for us. The place is huge with outside seating, and inside plus its three levels. You can review the menu outside prior to selecting a place to eat. It was...More
