My husband and I love Vinaigrette especially in the summer. Their salads are superb! Indoor space is friendly and welcoming and shady outdoor patio is perfect in the summer heat. Service is great.

Recommended by the front desk at Inn on the Paseo. Just wanted soup & salad for dinner. Food is fresh and fabulous! Barely got a table without res. You can eat at the bar but t doesn't look comfortable.

I eat vegetarian, and often have limited selections from a standard menu. Vinaigrette offers many many choices. I loved it!

Enjoyed fresh and well thought out salads for lunch here. Service was a little spotty but it was compensated by great food.

I love the menu of this restaurant. However, it is entirely geared toward carnivores. I ordered a salad without bacon. I some how missed in the description that it also had chicken. Bummer. The prices are high if one is looking for a vegetarian option. I ordered a side of the seasonal roasted green beans only to realize once I... More

OMG. The outdoor patio is gorgeous; inside 'bleh' but it'll do in a pinch. Everything here is the highest quality organic food. Every salad is a taste delight; my personal favorite is the Nutty Pear-fessor. My husband LOVES their Gumbo and so do I. He enjoys his bowl with rice but I am grain-free so I have a cup without... A fun little place with a menu primarily consisting of different types of salads that various proteins (shrimp, tuna, scollops, and other meats) can be added. There are a few sandwiches for non-salad eaters... The presentation is interesting since the salads I saw were not prepared in a normal manner. My Greek salad was more like a finely chopped salad... We stopped at Vinaigrette when we arrived in Santa Fe. We were looking for lunch while we waited for our Casita to be ready. We sat outside on the beautiful, shaded patio. It was a warm fall afternoon, but the patio was very comfortable. We had the duck taco appetizer served on a slice of jicama. The mushroom stew was... More

Looking for something on the lighter side (after a huge lunch at Tia Sophia's) brought us to Vinaigrette. It was only a few steps away from the Santa Fe Sage Inn where we were staying. Great combinations of salads - we had the Cobb and the Asian Chopped salads. Nice selection of wine, but kind of pricey. Server was very... More

Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.
