This is a staple establishment for Santa Fe's well to do folks. Nice atmosphere, pricey food and coffee, free wifi. Parking is difficult. Come stay for a few hours and bear witness to some of Santa Fe's motley crew of unique weirdos and pretentious rich...More

We returned to this restaurant a few times on our trip to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We enjoyed the food and drinks and atmosphere, but thought the prices were a little high. I would skip the turkey sausage if you go for breakfast, but definitely...More

Both my friend and I thought this place was great - delicious food, good service, hip decor, spacious and airy atmosphere (lively without being obnoxiously loud). I'm only sorry other reviewers did not have the same experience. I've only been there once, so maybe it's...More

I really liked the deconstructed chicken pot pie and my boyfriend enjoyed his fish tacos as well. The friends with us recommended the macaroni and cheese and monte cristo and seemed to love their choices.

I was starved and fighting a migraine so needed to eat. Thought I would get a burger. Well I ordered at 1:56 - I got my meal at 2:19. Now mind you - it was a petite burger (nothing fancy - not even cheese) and...More

My wife and I eat here on occasion. We find it to be a fairly quiet place to go to for conversation and typically the food is very good, I miss their meatloaf dish. It is a bit overpriced. The last visit, we ordered and...More

You order at the counter and the server had a horrible attitude. "Tell me what you want now, and get out of my hair" attitude. The bowl with rice and vegetables was almost hard to eat. It tasted very salty.

For art lovers, you will get a kick out of this place. Lots of sweets to choose from, and breakfast and dinner served all day. This diner is all about the location. The Railyard area has been renovated into large gallery spaces not to be...More

Description
We created Flying Star because we needed fresh, tasty coffee served in a bottomless cup, comfy seats with casual, competent service that didn’t get in your face. Most of all, we wanted a place where dessert was first and the food was something you could really get your taste buds around. And, we needed it served from early in the morning to late at night on every day of the year except Thanksgiving and Christmas. It would be a place where we could go to be alone or have a good chance of running into friends. That was 1987 and we’re still cooking and baking 24 years later.
