We had lunch and dinner over our three day stay in Santa Fe and we just loved it. The food is great and the staff was excellent. You may have to wait for a little bit but it is worth it.

This was a very busy restaurant but they did a great job of waiting tables and served great food. The veggie enchiladas were some of the best I have ever had, They also serve a great home made bread with their delicious soups.

We did not find this place until the last day of our visit, that was unfortunate. This place has the best desserts in town, be sure to try one of the many pies or cakes. The food was very good, we enjoyed the breakfast burrito...More

Food was great, service faster than expected, given how crowded it was. Right on the Plaza, lots of items on the menu to please everyone. Would eat here again.

Had Sunday lunch. The food was good steak, mashed potatoes, brocc and carrots. The Plaze was cooking busy. Great place on the plaza .

There are a few breakfast items available all day -- I believe the Traditional Breakfast being one of them which was my favorite -- two eggs, sausages/bacon, toast and hash browns (have them made crispy) --too die for!!!

Description
Known as Santa Fe's oldest restaurant, the Plaza Cafe serves highly acclaimed, authentic traditional dishes since 1905. Located on the historic Santa Fe Plaza, you won't find a better view or atmosphere while you enjoy an authentic New Mexican experience. The Razatos family keeps with the traditional cooking methods and flavor combinations of New Mexico and additional recipes from Greece, all the while keeping with the classic American diner experience. This is why you'll find everything from blue corn green chile carne asada enchiladas with a warm pillowy sopaipilla to chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a gyro with a Greek salad on the side. The Plaza Cafe is a favorite among locals and movie stars alike, and everything finds what they are looking for at the Plaza.
