El Parasol never disappoints. Food is delicious. Love the guisado burrito. Prices are very reasonable.

The young lady behind the counter was very nice and recommended the chicken tacos, which I got 2 of....and 2 of the shredded beef tacos and 2 of the beef tacos. The tacos were ALL very good but they cost me about $18 which they were not worth, IMO. I eat tacos all over the South West and the quality... More

Best. Crunchy. Tacos. Ever. Period. End of story. We first ate at their sister restaurant El Paragua in Española. I was debating what to order-I'm usually an enchilada person. The people at the neighboring table were emphatic that I should get the shredded beef tacos. They informed that me they drove all the way down there twice a month from... More

Yeah, I'm not so sure you're ever gonna find a better taco. Ever. Anywhere. Disgustingly good. We went back twice after our first visit. Get the shredded beef taco. Actually, get three of them. Maybe get a chicken one too and then send me a compliment. You're welcome!

Their high quality fresh and varied menu gives you some great choices. We love their burritos with calabacitas, which is a blend of mixed squash, onions, corn, cheese and green chiles. Another favorite of ours is their pork carne adovada. Its fantastic...rich, fork tender and deeply flavorful. Also think tacos, extraordinary tacos, fresh fried shells with delicious shredded beef. Tamales... More

Went here with my wife and our 7 month old. We were in a good and smiley mood, excited to be in Santa Fe, and were met with a very rude worker. No greeting, she just mumbled something and seemed to be in a hurry even though no one was behind us. We asked if we could sit in the... More

I love, love, love their shredded beef tacos with guacamole, they are excellent. I've also had their Carne Adovada and it's also great. A favorite place to take out in Santa Fe.

I remember this as being more amazing, but it's still perfectly fine. It's food done fast, but way better than fast food.

I had the carne guisada burrito, shredded beef. Their chile was nice, mild and flavorful, but the burrito was just average.

Great place to stop by to pick up breakfast, lunch or dinner and take home or eat in your car. They sell large takeout sizes of many of their offerings for family dinners or parties. Authentic New Mexico style chile made in traditional recipes. They don't tone the heat down for wimps either. Highly Recommend!
