Of course you have to be able to stomach crying babies. But it's all part of the family atmosphere. Great service. Great food. YUMMY.

Santa Fe lunches can be pricey. The answer? Papusas! Get two - one with revueltas and one with calabacitas (both have cheese in them, too). Sometimes the curtido has some red cabbage in it, and always has jalapenos, but isn't too spicy. The salsa is very mild. They were ok coming to take order, but it took forever to get food and we counted only 4 tables. Enchiladas shouldn't take the long. To top it off very disappointed on food, chile lacked flaver, we both had Christmas... More

We still have yet to be disappointed. Just as delicious each time we go! Service is always friendly and even the road construction is not slowing them down.

We were runny late to dinner and found that many local places...near hotel on Cerrillos...closed at 8pm. We found the Red Encchilada closed at 9pm and the food in general rated well. We experienced just that. There were 4 people in our party and we all ordered different dishes. I was surprised with the combination plate at how good each... More
