The Wok had been a favorite of mine for many years, but I have not been in over a year and this visit was a bit disappointing. I promised my co-workers that the food was a great value and the restaurant was nice and clean. Not so clean this time. The front counter area has been turned into an employee... More

The food was excellent and they were very friendly. We will be eating again when we are in town. If we did live in Santa Fe we would be regulars. We did notice the have take out also. Try the Plum wine it was awesome!!!

It tasted like the crispy, orange beef was burnt and to hide it they put extra sauce on it. The dish also had a funky, not so nice after taste. The pu pu platter was good but the place was kinda dirty too....

We love this "hole-in-the-wall." We have eaten here two other times prior to this last trip to NM. They have a nice sesame chicken made with white meat served with broccoli on the side. Perfectly sweet and large portions allow for a second meal. The service was good, kept water refilled and they made sure you had enough rice. Their... More

I think the gap between the low food quality and good reviews on here is due to the change in ownership. This place used to be owned by a small family who all worked in the restaurant and back then, the food was AMAZING. Instead of fried dough balls with chicken inside they used full sliced breasts with delicious breading... More

This place deserves better ratings than he got so far. We had lunch there and there was a very good choice of combination plates with one entree and different side items, all for a low price. We also tried one a la carte item which was very good. The waitress was extremely nice. All things considered, a good option for... More

I had high hopes for Wok based on the favorable on-line reviews. My experience was disappointing. The pot stickers were very dry and bland. The beef and broccoli, on the other hand, was over-cooked with a strong taste of corn starch. The spicy orange chicken was very tasty and was the best part of the meal. Portions for the entrees... Egg Drop soup was a little unflavored.... Seafood Basket was good. A fellow diner was served a stale Diet Coke. It's not bad but I wouldn't make a point of going back. Lunch Menu was reasonably priced and the restaurant looked clean. It's also been recently remodeled.

I ate the lunch special once or twice and it was okay. It was served in a bento box type try which is 'unique' for Chinese food. For take-out I picked up the shrimp tempura once. I guess I got what I deserved fpr not going to a Japanese restaurant for that. The shrimp tempura that you can get in... More

We go to the Wok occasionally because some of our friends like it. I've never been a fan, but have found a couple of dishes that are ok - wor wonton soup and chicken and snow peas in white sauce. The other sauces are gloppy and not very good. The eggrolls have an odd taste. Most of the food is... More
