Breakfast at Sage Bakehouse was a bit disappointing. The chocolate croissant was very doughy, had minimal chocolate, and was served stone cold. The mocha was lukewarm, and had little flavor. I would not go back.

Although I never went inside the bakery. MANY restaurants use their bakery to serve. The bread is wonderful. I actually Google to see if they could do a mail order. EVERYTIME I asked if the restaurant made their own bread they said no it's from Sage Bakery.

The bread at this bakery is outstanding. My favorite is the sour dough. But tourists will enjoy breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks here. I enjoy the turkey sandwich with homemade honey mustard. The pecan, chocolate chip cookie is delicious. The egg dishes I have tried have been very good. Very peasant staff. Outside dining available.

This is one of my favorite places in Santa Fe to have breakfast or lunch. Convenient location with easy parking. The charmes of the place come largely from the combination of a busy french-style bakery, and a restaurant area where one can have all of their baked goods, refined into bistro-like treats like quiche or tartine (a large slice of... We stocked up at this place before flying back to the east coast and very happy that we did! The bread is fantastic, the apple tarts yummy, everything is excellent quality, selection great, and I'll be attempting mail order deliveries in the future. Don't miss it!

Not only in the bread arguably the best in Santa Fe, they serve fantastic coffee. Coming home to Santa Fe, it is a regular treat to stop at Sage Bakery to catch up with friends and family. In addition to the bread and coffee, they have super sandwiches and soup. Great service as well.

Sage had a fairly recent remodel and now you can sit outdoors and the workers are incredibly accommodating and friendly and the things they bake: DEELISH! The whole atmosphere is scented with the aroma of freshly baked bread and their offerings are all tasty. Five stars!

We got two croissants and coffee and they were great. It was just across the street from our hotel so a very easy option for a quick breakfast on the go. We were told that this is where most restaurants in the area buy their bread.
