Looking for a good restaurant for lunch on a cold February afternoon, we came across La Casa Sena, highly recommended restaurant near the Santa Fe Plaza (4.5-4.7 stars, $$$). Located at 125 Palace Avenue, you'll have to do a little hunting to find it. Walking...More

Our second very happy lunch in a few months at Casa Sena, both very successful. On both occasions I had the “seasonal soup” and both times (this one was a yellow zucchini cream soup) it was outstanding. We have found lunch at Casa Sena to...More

Pretty and comfortable place, nice patio for outdoor dining in the summer, but cozy inside in the cooler seasons. Food and drinks are good, nice service, friendly staff. Nice portions of food but the cost is a little high.....2 fish tacos was $17.

We were 3 at dinner, one was completely satisfied, 2 were disappointed. This is a nice attractive place, and quiet enough that you feel you've gotten away from the Santa Fe bustle. But it is very pricey and one expects more. The flavors were disjointed--...More

I usually don't write restaurant recommendations figuring everyone can find their own but this place was truly "Sensational". Its in a beautiful Courtyard, originally Part of General Sena's family compound in a thoroughly remodeled barn. Unbelieveable wine list.... (best I've ever seen anywhere!!), great menu...More

My wife had the enchiladas, they were too heavy with the cheese. The rice, beans, and soup were completely tasteless. The trout was OK, nothing special. Probably won't come back.

We stopped in for a quick lunch while wandering around the plaza. Not the right place for that. There is a charming courtyard; inside, the restaurant is elegant and refined. Service is attentive, perhaps overly so for our taste. We wanted something light and quick...More

There is singing only in the cantina, not the restaurant. Because of the holidays, the singing nights may vary, so it's best to call and ask to speak with someone in the cantina.
